False Doctrine: Eternal Security
Articles on Eternal Security
Atonement and Salvation (Coming Soon) Many Christians who hold to eternal security or "once saved always saved" base their opposition to conditional security (the view we hold) upon their believe that the denial of their doctrine entails a repudiation of Christ's sacrificial atonement. Some, therefore, even consider it a demonic heresy, on par with the cult of Jehovah's Witnesses. In other words, they believe that one cannot truly appreciate our Lord's atoning sacrifice and hold to conditional security at the same time. But is this really true? A serious study of the atonement is in order.
